- All Indianapolis Web Design Templates are leased and not sold. Indianapolis Web Design retains ownership of all Templates. Templates may be shared by multiple customers concurrently. Indianapolis Web Design Templates may not be used on an outside hosting platform.
- Custom Design packages are sold to the customer. Customers may request a backup copy of their Custom Design for an additional fee or make one with the supplied tools at no cost.
- Days are defined as business days M-F. 14 days = 3 weeks
- In person meetings $75 per hour, on-site visits include 1-way trip fee
- Packages include support for IE7, IE8, and FireFox 3.5
- Additional browser support is available for additional fees
